“Find your Groove and Bust a Move” – allowing your authentic, vibrant and spontaneous dance
to come through. Using the simple movement practice of the 5Rhythms® - Flowing, Staccato,
Chaos, Lyrical and Stillness as our map and gateway, we can journey into literally thousands
of different movements held in the body. With no steps to follow, just new ways of being and
moving to be explored, each movement becomes as unique as ourselves.

After a warm-up and check-in, we take an uninterrupted instructional energetic journey through
the “Wave” of the 5Rhythms - Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical and Stillness – using all styles
of music from all over the world.

Come experience the joy of dancing the 5Rhythm Wave.
In Waves, participants will take a deep dive into the 5Rhythms work of Gabrielle Roth which is designed to free the spontaneous dancer living inside each of us.

The 5Rhythms- Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical & Stillness are a dynamic workout for body & soul - a moving meditation - a practice where we ‘Sweat Our Prayers.’ There are no steps to follow, & nothing to memorize. Rather, the 5Rhythms - are used as guides for catalyzing your own unique dance & providing movement maps for creative self-exploration.
