Welcome to Mandala
We offer classes, gatherings and workshops on the work of Gabrielle
Roth's - 5Rhythms® Movement
Practice. These events are meant to transform, heal, and enrichen
the body, heart, mind, soul and spirit.
All events are presented by Certified Teachers of the 5Rhythms®
and Faculty of Gabrielle Roth's International Institute -- The Moving
Center School.
